Can I buy something today?+
Not yet. This is a working store preview. You can browse all four houses, select items and sizes, and build a bag. No payment, preorder, or merchandise order is accepted.
Are these the final products and prices?+
The four T-shirt designs are the approved photos supplied by Wizard Wash. Hoodies, hats, beanies, magic wands, jackets, tumblers, and stickers are design concepts. The five-piece employee pack uses the approved shirt plus matching layers and headwear. New product and pack prices are coming soon; final specifications and availability need confirmation.
What is in the employee uniform pack?+
Each pack contains one approved house T-shirt, one hoodie, one jacket, one hat, and one beanie. Employees wear the same house shirts as customers. Choose one house for the pack and select shirt, hoodie, and jacket sizes separately. The pack is separate from the membership welcome-shirt benefit; pricing is coming soon.
Do I have to join the club to shop?+
The planned merchandise shop is separate from membership. Anyone will be able to shop once sales open. Club members receive a separate one-time welcome-shirt benefit after verified paid enrollment.
Does each house cost something different?+
No. There is one $30/month House Club. Your quiz result determines your house, crest, and shirt color. Final wash benefits and billing terms will be shown before paid enrollment opens.
Will I receive a new free shirt every month?+
No. The welcome shirt is a one-time benefit for each new paid member. Renewals and quiz retakes do not create another free shirt. Additional merchandise will be purchased separately.
Will Wizard Wash keep merchandise in stock?+
The planned store uses made-to-order fulfillment: after payment, a production partner makes and ships each item directly to the customer. Apparel and employee packs are planned for print-on-demand fulfillment. Custom wands require a separate supplier. These connections are not live yet.
What about shipping and returns?+
Shipping options, delivery estimates, care instructions, and return terms will be published after the supplier and catalog are finalized. They will be available before anyone can pay.
How do I find out my house?+
Take the eight-question car-care quiz. In this preview, you can try it again. For paid members, the first assigned house is saved with the welcome-shirt claim.
Can I manage a real membership here?+
Not yet. Membership payment and account management will connect to the selected POS platform. Until that connection is tested, this website does not create or cancel a paid membership.

The quiz preview and sample shipping details stay in the current page. The demo does not send email, charge a card, or print a shirt. Full privacy, store, and membership policies will be published before live customer enrollment or checkout opens.
